General Rules

1. I accept any type of currency as long as it matches the UK price (ex. if something costs 20£, you'd pay the equivalent in your currency) through paypal only.2. You have the right to cancel the commission with or without explanation. (Read "Refunds" below for more information)3. I have the right to refuse Service with or without explanation.4. I have the right to upload the commission to any/all social medias I have, unless you specify before hand to keep the commission private.5. You may use/reupload the commission for personal/non-commercial use, but only if proper credit is given to the me as the artist and a linkback to any of my social medias (Preferably Twitter or Toyhouse).6. Payment must be made before or after you approve of the draft. (Depending on what you prefer) but always before the lineart stage7. Complex work my take over a month to complete, I have a personal life with many responsibilities outside of drawing, and I am a perfectionist who likes to take a lot of care with details8. You may contact me at anytime to see the progress of your commission but please do not pressure me. (I will let you know gently if you are)9. Only those who are 18 or older may commission me to draw nudity and nsfw of any sort

Payments

1. Payment is to be made before or after you have approved the draft. (Depending on what you prefer)
Piece will not be continued to be worked on until payment is sent
2. Payments may be done by someone else (unless stated otherwise).
3. PayPal payment must be done to the equivalent to UK pounds and with the "friends or family" option in paypal to avoid fees.
4. Payment must be sent within 48 hours after confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds are unlikely to be given unless of emergency situations.In these cases you will be given a refund bases on how far I've gotten65% refunded if in the lineart stage
50% refunded if in the base colours stage
30% - 20% refunded if in the shading stage/ final touchesYou will not receive any files of the commission and any draft images may not be used/posted by you.
